The property is great, but paying rent is a gamble.submitted by Tiffany W. - |Recommended: NoThe apartments are great, well maintained, with nice amenities, but the office is far from helpful. I've been here for over 10 months, and have had two instances where I was required to pay a 150 late fee for rent the first because they didn't add me into the system for me to pay rent the first month I was there, and the second because the required autopay that was set up the month before due to changing the online portal kicked my information out and didn't run properly the following month. The online payment system has changed several times since I've been here, including for this month, where utilities aren't being added to rent, and we were told to guess how much they'd be and pay that with rent. Really unprofessional, every time I've gone down to the office for something, they've either been closed during open hours, politely told me there was nothing they could do about my late fees, or have told me they didn't know how to help and to check back later. Also, maintenance isn't the most prompt. I once waited a week for maintenance to unclog a very backed up tub, and then fixed it myself. They finally got around to it and told me that it wasn't broken. So, not my favorite place to live by any means. So long as you don't have to deal with the office or maintenance, it's really great.
